GET /v1/models

Lists the models currently enabled on Revoye Cloud, in OpenAI's list shape, so a model picker written against an OpenAI SDK works without modification.

• Each id is a value you can send as model to /v1/chat/completions, or as provider to /v1/completions (revoye/auto there is simply omitting provider).
• revoye/auto heads the list whenever at least one model is enabled. It means "whichever model can answer first".
• Disabled models are omitted. When none is enabled, data is empty and _revoye.note says so, which is how you tell an empty list from a broken endpoint.
• The list reflects what is enabled, not what is free right now. A model can appear here while all of its capacity is busy — /v1/status is the endpoint that knows.
